After our programs with the US Embassy our group moved on to seeing some of the sights of the region. We faced three very long and jam-packed days.

As we traveled to our first stop, we learned a lot of history of the region including information about Napoleon while passing the fields of Waterloo. We learned about the various monarchies and the world affairs that led to both of the first two world wars.

We stopped first in Dinant which is where the saxophone was invited. We also visited the fortification on top of the hill and walked in trenches that left us dizzy.

Thank you to the Borderless Arts Tennessee board who approved this project.

A huge thank you to several individuals who provided funding support to make this incredible experience possible.
