As part of the Pack Horse Library Program, the Borderless Arts TN participants are creating a Little Library that will be placed at Cross Roads in Westmoreland. The Library will be in tribute to the Pack Horse Library program of the 1930’s that took books to rural Appalachian communities.
The art design and stenciling on the library was created by Borderless Arts participant, Hope McKee.
The completed Little Library will be unveiled Nov. 22.
