The Crescendo Music Institute is open to young adult musicians (vocalists and instrumentalists) ages 10-25 with any disability. Participants will be exposed to stage presence techniques, musical mentoring, music business, how to market your work, and songwriting. The event is free of charge, but is limited to the first 25 who register

Presenters include: Michael Janas (Chair of Audio Engineering of Mike Curb College of Music Business) , Misty Jones (MTSU Assistant Professor Audio Production), Andrew Kintz (Executive Vice President of the Music Industry Group for First TN), Jerry Salley (SESAC Songwriter of the Year), Tammy Vice and a number of musician mentors. Program partners are The Bluebird Café, Country Music Association and the W.O. Smith Music School.
