Teaching artist Charlie Calderon never ceases to amaze me with his creativity and commitment to the Borderless Arts TN participants. Charlie (Carlos) has a family member who is a miner who has sent coal and items that they have mined so that the Teapot Diplomats can use these items to complete their “Light the Lamp” projects.
