As the Borderless Arts TN artists continue to grow in their professional development, we are seeking to connect them to professionals that can take them to that “next level”.

As you read in an earlier issue, Wendover Art Group has taken on Austin King, Hope McKee and Torie Summers. They provided mentoring at their location in Florida this summer and have contracted these young artists to do work.

Our second mentoring opportunity has been for Jennifer Scallorn. Jennifer’s interest is in cartoon creations. There is no one better to assist in this area than Guy Gilchrist.

We reached out to Guy and he generously agreed to work with Jennifer. Our goal is to have an exhibition of the work that these two created together.

Thank you so much Guy for helping our young artists spread their wings to bigger and better things.
