A select group of Teapot Diplomats have taken on the challenge of creating art that will be shown in National Parks. The group is working on 2 projects:
Hopewell – Every Earthwork Tells A Story
Mammoth – Women in the National Parks

In this project, the participants learn about the national park and the theme. Then they create art on fiber that will be exhibited at the location.

The photo above is of Jon who created a piece of art representing Joshua Tree. This park was one of 10 national parks that came into existence due to the advocacy of women.

The exhibitions will take place later this spring and summer.

This program is supported by Mark and Niki Antonini
