Today the Teapot Diplomats of Borderless Arts worked on a very special project under the artistic direction of Brooke Hammond at Trinity Lutheran Church – Gallatin TN. The participants were learning about the various forms of storytelling and began creating a piece of art that will be given to the International Storytelling Festival in Oct. Today it was making pieces for the shawl, writing parts for her book, painting the background, doing handprints. It is really looking wonderful. More later when it is completed. This program is provided under an ABC grant of the Tennessee Arts Commission. The Teapot Diplomat program is supported by Mark and Niki Antonini.
